This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Input and analyze data related to building structures and systems.
• Address client requests for data modifications, support, and configuration changes.
• Offer client assistance through the support line and service request database.
• Conduct annual client check-ins as necessary.
• Execute phone interviews with clients to collect information on capital assets and enter data into AssetPlanner® software.
• Carry out quality assurance reviews of building condition assessment data.
• Review and enter existing client data and documentation.
• Aid in the creation of client-facing reports and presentations.
• Support software implementation, which includes database configuration, client onboarding, and training sessions.
• Engage in software testing, suggest enhancements, and report bugs.
• Provide assistance for the Energy and Maintenance modules as needed.
• Bachelor's degree from a university.
• An engineering degree or certification is an advantage.
• Experience in an analyst role with data handling.
• A background in facilities management, building science, or engineering is beneficial.
• Experience in client or customer service positions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office products.
• Familiarity with asset management software is a plus.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software applications.
