Junior Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the analysis and interpretation of data for CCPI pilot performance, KPI, and operational reporting needs.

• Aid in the creation, validation, and standardization of KPIs, operational metrics, and performance measures for pilots.

• Help in the development, configuration, and upkeep of dashboards and visualizations utilizing VA-approved reporting tools such as Power BI and Tableau.

• Conduct data extraction, perform data quality assessments, and validation tasks across VA enterprise data environments.

• Support the establishment of standardized data collection plans, including the identification of data sources and feedback mechanisms.

• Assist in documenting business requirements, analytic rules, and data mapping in collaboration with Government stakeholders.

• Help in monitoring and troubleshooting analytics workflows and data processing within Government-approved platforms.

• Contribute to the preparation of progress reports and deliverables as directed by senior team members and the Program Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, statistics, information systems, business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

• 3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or similar analytics support roles.

• Proficient knowledge of SQL.

• Experience in data extraction, validation, and reporting tasks.

• Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

• Capability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and time management abilities.

• Capacity to organize, prioritize, and collaborate effectively with others.

• Ability to communicate ideas, thoughts, and solutions clearly, both in writing and verbally.

• Ability to remain composed under pressure and in a fast-paced setting.

• Ability to accept client feedback and implement changes swiftly and effectively.

• Quick to adapt to complex issues.
