This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the creation of ComPsych's clinical outcomes and client experience measurement program.
• Develop scorecards, calculation methodologies, and a reporting infrastructure that consolidates data from across the organization.
• Oversee the ongoing collection of clinical outcomes and client experience data across both domestic and global service lines.
• Design and sustain survey platforms, which include survey construction, routing logic, and ensuring data integrity.
• Identify, gather, and unify data from various disconnected sources into a cohesive reporting structure.
• Define and establish calculation methodologies for clinical outcome and experience measures, such as PHQ-9, GAD-7, WOS, WAI, Functioning, CSAT, and NPS.
• Create and develop scorecards and reporting frameworks.
• Own and manage recurring outcomes and experience reports for clinical and operations leadership.
• Examine trends, anomalies, and insights across outcome and experience measures.
• Integrate outcomes and experience data with provider network data to pinpoint performance gaps and enhance external network quality.
• Collaborate with the clinical research team on ad hoc research initiatives, white papers, and thought leadership projects.
• Assist leadership in the continuous enhancement of clinical workflows and programs while identifying opportunities for operational efficiency and clinical innovation.
• Exercise discretion and independent judgment in translating clinical and operational objectives into actionable insights.
• Execute other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree required in statistics, public health, psychology, data science, or a related discipline.
• Master's degree preferred in statistics, public health, psychology, data science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in research, analytics, or data-driven quality improvement, ideally within a clinical, behavioral health, or healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and data interpretation in applied research contexts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI is required.
• Experience with survey platforms, such as Alchemer or LimeSurvey, including survey construction, logic/routing, and data export.
• Familiarity with SPSS or similar analytics platforms is an advantage.
• Proven ability to manage deliverables from data collection through to final reporting, including proactive communication regarding timelines, risks, or data limitations to stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data management, analysis, and reporting.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights for both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a workspace free from distractions, disruptions, or noise are required.
• Must be able to appear on camera during work-related training sessions, meetings, and/or events.
• Should be able to sit or stand at a desk for extended periods while working on a computer.
