Senior Data Analyst – BI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Analyze user behavior on the company's website and applications.

• Develop and maintain dashboards that visualize feature usage and its effect on company KPIs.

• Provide insights regarding site usage and user behavior through in-depth analyses.

• Assess and monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, retention, churn, recurring revenue, engagement, cross-device usage, email interactions, and notification usage.

• Convey analysis findings and business recommendations to stakeholders.

• Oversee the complete data flow for website and app features, from defining KPIs and specifying data collection to dashboard development and upkeep.

• Create split tests with well-defined success criteria.

• Ensure the integrity of split tests.

• Evaluate test outcomes and offer recommendations.

• Utilize segmentation and cohort analysis to confirm conclusions.

• Perform exploratory analysis to uncover trends and opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a B2C website-related Data Analyst role.

• Proficient in SQL with a track record of writing complex and efficient analytical queries.

• Proven experience working directly in English with business stakeholders, comprehending their needs, and articulating results.

• Knowledgeable about website development and operations and their relationship to the data collected.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.

• Experience in report writing and technical requirements analysis.

• Background in business process modeling/mapping.

• Proficient in methodology development.

• Skilled in data modeling.
