This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Evaluate intricate business challenges and convert business inquiries, decisions, and terminology into requirements for reliable analytic solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data owners, analytics experts, product managers, and cross-functional product teams.
• Establish business concepts, metrics, relationships, rules, and requirements for uniform analytic products.
• Design, create, test, and sustain reusable semantic models.
• Develop and update metadata, data definitions, lineage, model diagrams, and usage instructions.
• Generate end-user guidance and training materials.
• Oversee the analytic product lifecycle, including success metrics, adoption rates, quality, performance, business impact, AI assessment, and escalation criteria.
• Counsel stakeholders on analytics and AI-driven use cases, data literacy, result interpretation, and human review processes.
• Assess opportunities, manage dependencies and risks, influence decisions, and communicate product value to executive stakeholders.
• Potentially mentor staff and engage in talent selection, development, and performance management.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4 or more years of extensive experience in business analysis, analytics development, business intelligence, data modeling, product delivery, or a related area.
• Proven success in converting complex business requirements into analytic products that drive decisions and yield measurable results.
• Experience in designing or maintaining BI applications, analytic products, or semantic models is essential.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
• Capacity to validate AI-assisted outputs and identify failure conditions.
• Ability to safeguard sensitive information and articulate limitations.
• Experience in product discovery, business analysis, semantic modeling, AI evaluation, testing, and documentation.
• Capability to act as a senior member of an agile product team and provide guidance to less experienced team members.
