Business Intelligence Analyst – Member Experience, Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain Member Experience Analytics reports, which encompass dashboards that monitor member satisfaction, engagement, and journey metrics.

• Create and manage operational staff models, including volume forecasts and staffing needs for member service and claims teams.

• Address and fulfill ad hoc analytics requests from various cross-functional partners.

• Convert business inquiries into clear analytical methodologies and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Enhance recurring reports and boost data quality and turnaround times.

• Utilize AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, and Copilot to accelerate work processes and automate tasks.

• Share insights and recommendations with non-technical audiences, including leadership teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a business intelligence, data analytics, or reporting position.

• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.

• Experience in creating dashboards/reports using BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

• Strong skills in Excel.

• A solid understanding of basic statistics and the ability to convey data in a clear narrative format.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Preferred: experience in the insurance sector or with claims/operations data.

• Preferred: knowledge of forecasting/workforce/staffing models.

• Preferred: experience in designing and analyzing A/B tests and other controlled experiments.

• Preferred: a bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent experience.
