Senior Data Analyst – BI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Evaluate user interactions on the company's website and applications.

• Develop and sustain dashboards that visualize feature utilization and its effect on company KPIs.

• Address inquiries regarding site usage and user interactions through in-depth analyses.

• Analyze and monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, retention, churn, recurring revenue, engagement, cross-device usage, email interactions, and notification usage.

• Present analysis outcomes and business suggestions to stakeholders.

• Oversee the complete data flow for site and application features, which includes KPI definition and data-collection specifications for development implementation.

• Create and maintain iterative dashboards providing both detailed and high-level perspectives of collected data.

• Design split tests with well-defined success criteria.

• Ensure the integrity of tests is maintained throughout.

• Analyze testing outcomes and offer recommendations based on findings.

• Employ segmentation and cohort analysis to substantiate conclusions.

• Perform exploratory analysis to uncover trends and opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a B2C website-related Data Analyst role.

• Proficient SQL skills with a background in crafting complex and efficient analytical queries.

• Proven experience collaborating in English directly with business stakeholders, comprehending their needs, and articulating results.

• Familiarity with website development and operations and their relationship to the data collected.

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI.

• Background in report writing.

• Experience in analyzing technical requirements.

• Experience in business process modeling and mapping.

• Involvement in methodology development.

• Expertise in data modeling.
