Senior Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.

📋 Description

• Collaborate strategically with leaders in Commercial and Operations.

• Discover solutions to previously unresolved strategic inquiries regarding scaling, market selection, and unit economics.

• Determine the underlying causes of business trends and address intricate commercial challenges to enhance volume.

• Assist in expansion decisions by analyzing data on costs, drivability, routing efficiency, demographics, and store popularity.

• Develop dynamic tools, such as current partner dossiers, to empower Commercial leaders.

• Work closely with Field Operations to define problems, measure impacts, establish targets, and assess solutions.

• Identify operational opportunities related to partner satisfaction, customer experience, cost per delivery, and revenue per robot.

• Integrate robot telemetry, partner order information, walking distances, terrain, human courier ETAs, demographics, and other relevant datasets.

• Clearly present analyses to teams and senior leadership to support decisions, negotiations, and board discussions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in an analytical capacity, with a focus on business, growth, or product analysis rather than mere reporting.

• Background in roles such as Data Analyst, Business Analyst, BI Analyst, Growth Analyst, Product Analyst, Data Scientist, Solutions Engineer, or similar positions.

• Strong proficiency in SQL, particularly with complex datasets.

• Experience in managing complex projects from initial idea through planning and execution to solution presentation.

• A pragmatic, can-do attitude centered on achieving impact.

• Effective communication skills with the Autonomous Driving team, Commercial team, and senior management.

• Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency, importance, and potential impact.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

• Preferred: Familiarity with dbt, Databricks, Python or R, and experience with semantic or metric layers.
