Data Analyst, Dashboard Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and implement data visualization and dashboard solutions utilizing Tableau.

• Oversee and assess data cleansing scripts with Databricks, SQL, and Python.

• Sustain and enhance dashboards, analytics solutions, and reporting tools to support operational and strategic decision-making.

• Recognize opportunities for optimizing workflows, automation, and enhancing data management.

• Assist in executing initiatives for workflow and data enhancements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver AI/analytics use cases.

• Convert business requirements into scalable data science solutions.

• Provide support for client services, business development, internal firm initiatives, and professional growth.

• Prepare or contribute to responses for RFP, RFQ, and RFI, as well as white papers.

• Support organizational and mission objectives within the Federal Government.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be able to acquire and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust.

• Bachelor's degree with one (1) or more years of experience in business analytics, data analysis, data engineering, data visualization, or data science; or a Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Analytics, or a related STEM discipline.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Capability to clarify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

• Proficient in gathering requirements and presenting them to clients.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with dashboard tools like Tableau or Power BI.

• Knowledge of cloud-based analytics platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or Impala.

• Experience in performing analytics and data transformation using SQL, Python, and R.

• Understanding of ETL processes and tools for data integration.
