Junior Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Convert customer journey challenges into actionable business insights.

• Assist in defining, tracking, and evolving KPIs and performance metrics.

• Implement and evaluate digital journeys, ensuring data integrity and reliability.

• Perform exploratory and diagnostic analyses to uncover patterns, opportunities, and potential issues.

• Create and sustain executive and operational dashboards to monitor key indicators.

• Analyze customer behavior to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Transform analyses into actionable recommendations for Product Managers (PMs) and leadership.

• Aid in structuring digital metrics and tracking user events and journeys.

• Collaborate with product, business, and technology teams, supporting data-driven decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL for querying, processing, and analyzing data.

• Familiarity with BigQuery and/or Databricks.

• Experience with or knowledge of Power BI and Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio).

• Understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

• Capability to conduct exploratory analyses and interpret data effectively.

• Skill in translating business needs into relevant metrics, dashboards, and analyses.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting technical information clearly to varied audiences.

• Preferred: familiarity with Google Tag Manager (GTM).

• Preferred: knowledge of digital tagging and metric map development.

• Preferred: experience with the instrumentation and measurement of digital journeys.

• Preferred: background in analyzing customer behavior and digital products.

• Preferred: understanding of product metrics and user journey tracking.
