This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Product and business leaders to establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for various products, programs, and strategic initiatives.
• Evaluate product performance, utilization, adoption, engagement, financial outcomes, and member behavior.
• Create analytical frameworks to interpret past events, understand their causes, and determine subsequent actions.
• Conduct in-depth analyses to discover trends, identify opportunities, anomalies, and factors influencing business performance.
• Assess new product capabilities, program modifications, and business initiatives.
• Formulate ongoing measurement strategies to monitor performance over time.
• Write advanced SQL queries within Databricks to analyze extensive and complex datasets.
• Integrate data from various sources to create holistic views of customers, members, products, and programs.
• Execute exploratory analysis, segmentation, cohort analysis, trend analysis, and root-cause investigations.
• Interpret findings into business implications and provide clear recommendations.
• Establish consistent business metrics, KPIs, and analytical definitions in collaboration with Analytics Engineering and stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve issues related to data quality, availability, and modeling with engineering teams.
• Validate analytical datasets and contribute to the requirements for reusable Gold-layer datasets and analytical data products.
• Develop regular analytical views and reports for product and business teams.
• Assist in external customer reporting and analysis.
• Transform complex findings into presentations, visualizations, and recommendations suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Provide analytical support for business reviews, product evaluations, client discussions, and strategic planning.
• Act as an analytical partner to Product Managers and business leaders.
• Proactively seek analytical opportunities and challenge existing assumptions.
• Clearly communicate findings, limitations, assumptions, and uncertainties.
• Over 5 years of experience in data analytics, product analytics, business analytics, or a related field.
• Proficient in advanced SQL and experienced in working with large, complex datasets.
• Extensive experience with Databricks or similar modern cloud data platforms.
• Proven track record in supporting product, program, or business performance analytics.
• Strong knowledge of segmentation, cohort analysis, trend analysis, variance analysis, and root-cause analysis.
• Experience in developing KPIs, metrics, and measurement frameworks.
• Ability to convert ambiguous business questions into structured analytical methodologies.
• Excellent data validation and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in effectively communicating analytical findings and recommendations to business and product stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Engineering, Operations, and business teams.
