📋 Description

• Oversee the execution of analytics projects by managing priorities, timelines, dependencies, risks, and the overall execution across a portfolio of initiatives.

• Create and implement analytics solutions, which include reports, dashboards, automation, and AI-driven capabilities that facilitate informed business decision-making.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend business goals, challenge existing assumptions, and design analytics solutions and delivery strategies that fulfill business requirements and encourage adoption.

• Work alongside business leaders to convey project updates, pinpoint risks, and address prioritization or resource-related challenges.

• Mentor, develop, and assist a team of analytics professionals through onboarding processes, performance management, and career advancement.

• Evaluate analytics solutions, validate assumptions, and offer technical guidance to enhance the quality and consistency of solutions.

• Recognize and implement opportunities to boost efficiency through automation, self-service analytics, contemporary analytics tools, and AI-based solutions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• At least 6 years of professional experience, with considerable experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in people leadership, team leadership, project leadership, or formal coaching.

• Proven experience in influencing stakeholders, managing competing priorities, and guiding teams through transitions.

• Experience in delivering analytics solutions from the requirements gathering phase to implementation and ongoing support.

• Familiarity with business intelligence and analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent technologies.

• Experience in developing and troubleshooting data models, including relationships, measures, and semantic models, to support analytics and reporting initiatives.

• Preferred: Master’s degree.

• Preferred: Experience with analytics automation and AI technologies like Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps, GitHub Copilot, Databricks, Python, DAX, and M.

• Preferred: Experience collaborating with multiple business functions or stakeholder groups within a matrixed organization.
