This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +2 more countries.
β’ Develop data collection instruments, Excel models, and dashboards from scratch to monitor billing audit findings, error rates, and trends.
β’ Aggregate audit outcomes and deliver reports and insights to programs, executive leadership, and compliance committees.
β’ Implement statistical sampling and conduct data quality assessments on audit findings.
β’ Collaborate with Finance and Data Analytics teams to align data warehouses with the compliance team's initiatives.
β’ Examine billing documentation and provide support for audits and investigations as necessary.
β’ Investigate healthcare regulations and leverage AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot to assist with analysis and process development.
β’ Significant experience (approximately 6+ years) in data analysis and reporting, including the creation of tools and processes from the ground up.
β’ Proficient in advanced Excel techniques.
β’ Practical experience with Power BI or a comparable BI tool.
β’ Fluent in English, capable of presenting findings to U.S. executives.
β’ Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
β’ Competent in conveying data insights to non-technical audiences.
β’ Preferred: experience in healthcare, particularly in billing, claims, revenue cycle, or compliance audits.
β’ Preferred: knowledge of U.S. healthcare regulations (Medicaid, CMS, HIPAA).
β’ Preferred: experience with EHR systems and reviewing narrative or clinical documentation.
β’ Fully remote work environment.
