Senior Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the operations of the Medical Group.

• Utilize Epic’s analytics ecosystem and managed data assets to generate insights for outpatient operations, physician enterprise goals, clinical performance, and strategic decision-making.

• Employ the Corporate Data Warehouse (CDW), Snowflake, and governed medallion architecture datasets for comprehensive data integration across the enterprise.

• Create reports and visualizations utilizing Radar and Power BI.

• Collaborate independently with stakeholders to outline business requirements.

• Formulate analytic solutions, interpret results, and present findings to operational, clinical, and executive leaders.

• Act as a reliable analytics partner across Medical Group Analytics, outpatient practices, service lines, and physician enterprise functions.

• Mentor and provide support to junior analyst team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, along with 3 years of experience and/or certifications in relevant tools within healthcare or similar fields.

• Proven experience in mining and manipulating data from enterprise warehouse systems, as well as working with large data sets.

• Familiarity with extract, transform, and load (ETL) data integration methodologies.

• Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel functionalities.

• Intermediate proficiency in SQL.

• Intermediate skills in data visualization tools.

• Expected to obtain Epic Cogito 170 certification.

• Anticipated to achieve foundational Snowflake credentials.

• Knowledge and expertise in operational, clinical, financial, and provider performance data.

• Capability to function as an Analytics Citizen Developer Level 1.
