Senior Cybersecurity Project Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Plan, execute, and oversee Cybersecurity and Technology initiatives.

• Manage project timelines, scope, budgets, resources, deliverables, and performance metrics.

• Lead cross-functional teams while ensuring alignment among all involved areas.

• Monitor progress, identifying risks, dependencies, obstacles, and areas for improvement.

• Handle risks and formulate mitigation strategies.

• Guarantee adherence to established deadlines, scope, quality standards, and objectives.

• Create progress reports and executive presentations regarding project status.

• Maintain relationships and facilitate communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Conduct project status meetings, alignment sessions, and checkpoints.

• Implement agile and traditional project management methodologies based on the specific context.

• Assist in the prioritization, planning, and organization of activities.

• Address problems and eliminate obstacles throughout the project lifecycle.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of Cybersecurity project management processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management.

• Strong background in leading Cybersecurity-focused projects.

• Advanced understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

• Familiarity with PMBOK and project management best practices.

• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Proficiency with project management tools like MS Project, Jira, and/or Trello.

• Excellent skills in managing schedules, risks, scope, costs, and performance metrics.

• Outstanding communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.

• PMP or equivalent certification.

• Experience with intricate Cybersecurity projects within corporate settings.

• Hands-on approach, capable of understanding technical elements of projects and collaborating with Information Security teams.

• Knowledge of Information Security and Cybersecurity frameworks and best practices.

• Experience in large-scale environments or complex multidisciplinary projects.
