This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee projects from their inception through to completion.
• Collaborate with project sponsors, senior stakeholders, subject matter experts, and delivery teams to establish objectives and plans.
• Organize project activities, timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Deliver clear updates on progress throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define the project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria.
• Create and maintain project plans, resource plans, RAID logs, status reports, and other essential project documentation.
• Ensure well-defined roles and responsibilities along with consistent project governance.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and planning sessions.
• Manage communication with stakeholders and provide regular updates to project sponsors.
• Escalate risks or decisions as necessary.
• Track performance against schedule, budget, scope, and quality requirements.
• Identify practical solutions and manage dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
• Assist in change management, implementation, and transition activities to ensure outcomes are effectively adopted and integrated.
• Successfully obtained a relevant degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Extensive experience in project management, program delivery, business transformation, or a similar role.
• Proven experience managing projects from initiation through implementation and closure.
• Proficient in developing project plans, budgets, resource plans, risk registers, issue logs, and progress reports.
• Knowledge of recognized project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, hybrid delivery, or continuous improvement approaches is a plus.
• Skilled in managing project risks, issues, dependencies, scope changes, and competing priorities.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, stakeholder influence, and meeting/workshop facilitation skills.
• Highly organized, pragmatic, and capable of making sound decisions in a dynamic environment.
• Confident in using project management, collaboration, and reporting tools.
• Excellent command of the English language, both verbally and in writing.
