This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the execution and delivery of intricate customer-facing enterprise Vue PACS initiatives.
• Ensure that project goals, deliverables, and milestones align with scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.
• Manage daily project activities with an emphasis on customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and business results.
• Provide guidance to customers and stakeholders on technical and operational issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Cultivate customer relationships, facilitate strategic dialogues, resolve complex challenges, and manage expectations effectively.
• Create and implement detailed project execution strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical, operational, and support teams.
• Monitor project advancement, track performance metrics, manage dependencies, and allocate resources accordingly.
• Assess and manage project risks, issues, and change requests.
• Formulate mitigation strategies and uphold compliance with technical and regulatory standards.
• Assist in presales activities, technical integration, system deployments, and customer onboarding.
• Promote communication among internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct post-project evaluations, review customer feedback, and analyze project performance data.
• Apply best practices to enhance future project delivery, customer value, and organizational efficiency.
• A minimum of 5 years of specialized project or program management experience in healthcare information technology, radiology, or cardiology informatics.
• At least 2 years of experience leading projects in the healthcare sector, ideally with the Vue PACS product.
• Demonstrated success in delivering projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Proficiency in leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience in collaborating with customers and vendors.
• Strong skills in process improvement and problem-solving.
• Ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• Familiarity with DICOM, HL7, and clinical workflows.
• Capacity to meet minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.
• US work authorization is required.
