This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the planning, execution, delivery, completion, program management, and financial outcomes of intricate, multi-phase retail construction initiatives.
• Steer project development from inception to completion, coordinating with consultants, general contractors, vendors, specialty contractors, budget management, internal departments, and developers.
• Manage processes including entitlement, design, permitting, bidding, contracting, construction, store start-up, store turnover, and project closeout.
• Establish project objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource distribution.
• Track milestones, schedules, budgets, deliverables, risks, change orders, and contract management.
• Provide regular updates on project status to leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop and uphold comprehensive project documentation, plans, and timelines using proprietary or client software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners across various locations and states.
• Engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to manage expectations effectively.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local legal requirements, codes, standards, policies, and procedures.
• Recognize opportunities for improvement and promote a culture of continuous enhancement and accountability.
• Deliver prompt customer service and proactive solutions to clients.
• Travel to client and project sites throughout the U.S.; onsite visits may extend up to one continuous week.
• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university in a related field; a minimum of three years of relevant experience is required.
• Alternatively, five or more years of relevant experience and/or training, or a combination of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• A valid driver's license is required, with no significant MVA points/violations (maintaining a clean driving record).
• Current PMP certification is preferred.
• Understanding of project components, processes, and methodologies.

• Must possess a cell phone and provide personal internet service.
• Willingness to travel extensively to client/project sites across the U.S., potentially 50%–90% of the work schedule.
• Ability to perform physical activities onsite, including walking, standing, climbing stairs and ladders, crawling, lifting up to 40 pounds, and operating a tablet and motor vehicle.
