This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Design, develop, configure, test, implement, enhance, and support enterprise IAM and IGA solutions utilizing Saviynt.
• Create and maintain custom software components, workflows, connectors, and integrations with enterprise systems.
• Architect scalable identity lifecycle management solutions, encompassing provisioning, deprovisioning, role management, access certification, SoD, and privileged access controls.
• Execute coding, scripting, debugging, testing, deployment, and lifecycle management of IAM applications and integrations.
• Establish automated identity management processes, RBAC, policy management, and access review campaigns.
• Build and maintain REST APIs, web services, and ETL/integration processes.
• Design and support Saviynt security controls, identity repositories, access governance, and compliance monitoring.
• Analyze identity, entitlement, access, and authorization data to enhance security, efficiency, and compliance.
• Conduct system design reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement improvements.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics for identity governance, compliance, audits, policy violations, and security metrics.
• Collaborate with software engineers, cybersecurity architects, infrastructure teams, application owners, and business stakeholders.
• Prepare functional specifications, design documents, architecture diagrams, configuration standards, implementation procedures, and support documentation.
• Assist with security audits, compliance assessments, certification activities, evidence gathering, access reviews, and remediation recommendations.
• Research and implement cutting-edge IAM, cybersecurity, cloud identity, and software engineering technologies.
• Strive for continuous improvement of IAM processes, security controls, automation, development practices, performance, and service quality.
• Manage projects and processes autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Mentor and review the work of junior professionals.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience; or 7+ years of relevant experience without a degree.
• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), or Cybersecurity Engineering.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Saviynt Identity Governance solutions.
• Experience in designing, configuring, and supporting identity lifecycle management processes, including user provisioning, deprovisioning, role management, and access certifications.
• Familiarity with integrating IAM/IGA platforms with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), LDAP, HR systems, databases, and cloud applications.
• Experience in developing and supporting application integrations using REST APIs, web services, and automation frameworks.
• Proficient in software development and scripting with languages such as Java, JavaScript, PowerShell, Python, SQL, or similar.
• Knowledge of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Segregation of Duties (SoD), privileged access management, and access governance best practices.
• Experience in troubleshooting complex IAM platform issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing system improvements.
• Experience in supporting security audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory requirements pertaining to identity and access management.
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional environments alongside cybersecurity, infrastructure, application, and business teams.
