Senior Cyber Full Stack Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Transform business objectives, risk assessments, and policy requirements into solution architectures, product specifications, engineering backlogs, and delivery strategies.

• Design, integrate, test, implement, and resolve issues related to production applications and services.

• Integrate AI and generative AI functionalities where applicable.

• Develop APIs, automated workflows, system integrations, dashboards, and supporting components.

• Enhance privacy, security, and data protection initiatives.

• Embed governance into development and deployment through automated reviews, controls-as-code, policy enforcement, and continuous monitoring.

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to prototype solutions, tackle engineering challenges, and deliver results in line with program and regulatory standards.

• Coordinate with product, engineering, security, privacy, data, risk, and compliance teams.

• Establish platform safety features to combat harmful online activities.

• Integrate privacy and product compliance measures into applications and development workflows.

• Enforce technical safeguards and governance for generative and agentic AI.

• Safeguard sensitive data across cloud services, enterprise applications, and collaboration tools.

• Implement data discovery, classification, data loss prevention (DLP), encryption, public key infrastructure (PKI), and associated cryptographic solutions.

• Develop reusable tools and implementation components that streamline deployment and ongoing operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent proven experience.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience translating client requirements into technical architectures utilizing REST APIs, microservices, event-driven designs, or serverless architectures.

• At least 4 years of experience in developing and deploying production solutions using Python, Java, or Node.js.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience delivering solutions on AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud, including containers, CI/CD pipelines, and version control.

• At least 6 months of experience in designing or deploying generative AI or large language model (LLM) solutions in a client or production environment.

• Experience in at least one relevant field: digital trust, online protection, trust and safety, security, product compliance, privacy, AI governance, data protection, or cryptography.

• Willingness to travel approximately 25–50%, based on client and project requirements.

• Capability to work autonomously while effectively contributing across technical and business teams.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey technical decisions to a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Strong focus on detail, documentation, and quality of delivery.

• Ability to lead projects or workstreams and provide clear guidance to team members.

• Exceptional relationship-building abilities and a professional, client-centric approach.

• Skill in managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Preferred: familiarity with JavaScript or TypeScript and frameworks like React or Next.js.

• Preferred: experience implementing technical controls for generative AI, LLM, or agentic AI applications.

• Preferred: knowledge of human oversight mechanisms, tool access restrictions, prompt-injection defenses, logging, monitoring, or controls-as-code.

• Preferred: experience in regulated environments, including SOX, PCI DSS, FFIEC, HIPAA, or GDPR standards.

• Preferred: experience with Kubernetes, GitOps, Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, or Neo4j.

• Preferred: relevant certifications such as CISSP or certifications from AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, SailPoint, Okta, or OneTrust.
