This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive revenue growth in strategically identified accounts by selling First Advantage products and solutions.
• Create and sustain strategic account plans while determining resource allocation to enhance enterprise engagement.
• Preserve current account revenue.
• Collaborate with clients, operations management, and technology teams to uphold service standards.
• Formulate sales account plans incorporating customer insights, industry trends, risk history, revenue data, opportunities, and competitive analysis.
• Monitor revenue patterns, sales prospects, and competitive challenges.
• Achieve or surpass monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Discover additional products and solutions suitable for customers.
• Identify cross-functional resources essential for capitalizing on revenue opportunities.
• Clearly communicate First Advantage’s pricing, processes, organizational structure, and benefits to clients.
• Keep an eye on competitor offerings and articulate the competitive advantages of First Advantage.
• Prepare and present quarterly and annual business reviews for clients.
• Document and oversee client action items and project plans.
• Analyze trends, suggest program modifications, intervene to ensure customer satisfaction, and address root-cause issues.
• Stay informed about customer background screening, occupational health programs, configurations, pricing, procedures, and adjudication matrices.
• Share and apply best practices.
• Cultivate customer relationships while delivering effective service and solutions.
• Lead within a matrixed environment, collaborating with cross-functional resources.
• Work in partnership with the internal account team to assess program performance.
• Manage Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Schedule As, Statements of Work, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Oversee contract renewals and responses to RFP proposals.
• Create and present unsolicited renewal proposals and value propositions.
• Manage customer monitoring and reporting initiatives.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (MBA is a plus but not mandatory).
• Over 7 years of demonstrated experience in sales account management, specifically managing complex solutions and products for strategic national and/or global accounts, including experience with C-level relationships.
• Relevant experience in a professional account management and sales setting is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Familiarity with Salesforce for tracking client information is advantageous.
• Excellent oral and written communication, along with strong interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional multi-tasking and time-management capabilities.
• Superior organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven networking skills, demonstrating professionalism and business acumen.
• Ability to navigate large organizations and establish strong internal collaborations.
