This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.
• Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring their strategic goals align with Enfuce's offerings.
• Take ownership of strategic account plans that emphasize customer value, retention, revenue growth, and the development of long-term partnerships.
• Serve as the primary commercial advisor and main point of contact for senior and executive stakeholders of customers.
• Identify and implement opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and adoption of solutions throughout the portfolio.
• Lead quarterly and executive business reviews, bringing stakeholders together around KPIs, ROI, progress, and future opportunities.
• Track customer health indicators and leverage data to proactively spot opportunities and alleviate account risks.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Solution Consulting, Product, Delivery, Finance, and Fleet, Fuel & Mobility leadership.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of payments in the fleet, fuel, and mobility sectors, positioning Enfuce's capabilities effectively in strategic discussions with customers.
• Represent the customer's voice within the organization and contribute to product and service enhancements.
• Manage customer escalations and coordinate internal teams to achieve clear, commercially viable outcomes.
• Play a role in shaping Enfuce's Customer Success function, processes, and methodologies.
• Mentor and support colleagues by sharing best practices in strategic account management and customer growth.
• A minimum of eight years of experience in Customer Success, Key Account Management, or similar senior client-facing roles in payments, fintech, financial services, fleet, fuel, or mobility sectors.
• Substantial experience within the fleet, fuel, or mobility ecosystem, or serving clients in these industries.
• Strong understanding of payments within the Fleet, Fuel & Mobility value chain.
• Proven track record of managing and expanding high-value, complex enterprise accounts involving multiple stakeholders and business units.
• Demonstrated experience in generating revenue through upselling, cross-selling, expansion, and strategic account development.
• Confidence in engaging with C-level and senior stakeholders in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of regulated financial services environments.
• Familiarity with BaaS, embedded finance, card issuing, or issuer processing.
• Ability to integrate strategic account planning with hands-on execution.
• Excellent communication, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Experience in leading cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product, Legal, Finance, and Technical Delivery teams.
• A customer advocacy mindset paired with strong commercial acumen.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in additional European languages is highly desirable.
• Experience in card issuing or processing within Fleet, Fuel & Mobility is advantageous.
• Experience in EV charging, CPOs, eMSPs, fleet management, loyalty, or payments in other retail environments is valuable.
