Senior Customer Success Manager – Cybersecurity, EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire customer lifecycle, including kickoff, onboarding, adoption, training, and renewal.

• Establish and nurture strong, proactive relationships with customers across the EMEA region.

• Identify and assist in upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with the Sales team.

• Liaise with internal teams to address and escalate customer-related issues effectively.

• Work alongside Customer Support Engineers and Customer Platform Architects on deployment and support inquiries.

• Gather and communicate customer feedback to enhance product and service quality.

• Monitor success metrics and leverage data to guide customer strategy and engagement.

• Report directly to the Manager of Customer Success for the EMEA region.

• Collaborate closely with Support, Sales, Product, Engineering, and regional teams.

• Engage cross-functionally to guarantee customer satisfaction and retention.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a comparable client-facing role within the cybersecurity industry, particularly in Threat Intelligence or Exposure Validation.

• Proven experience in supporting both national and regional clients.

• Strong technical skills with the ability to work with OpenCTI or OpenAEV (training will be provided).

• Capability to quickly adapt in a dynamic environment while ensuring high-quality outcomes.

• Outstanding communication skills.

• Comfortable operating in a remote, asynchronous work culture.

• Experience with CRM/CSM tools, customer journey tracking, and success metrics.

• Proficiency in English.

• Must be based in the UK.
