This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +6 more states.
• Act as a client executive champion by coordinating various internal functions and resources.
• Serve as the main point of contact for post-sales activities, which include onboarding, consultative support, change management, product training, technical assistance, and account management.
• Build and nurture relationships with customer executives while reinforcing strategic solution positioning.
• Conduct regular business reviews with customer executives to assess progress and alignment.
• Develop and oversee long-term customer success roadmaps.
• Track customer health indicators and sentiment trends, addressing any issues to restore customer confidence as necessary.
• Support, train, and engage key users and contacts across a varied customer portfolio.
• Provide best practices and value-added advice as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with product, delivery, and support teams to address product enhancements and change requests.
• Monitor and encourage customer product adoption and usage.
• Communicate and train customers on new functionalities and system upgrades.
• Identify opportunities to expand Corcentric’s product and solution presence.
• Serve as the internal customer advocate.
• Identify and resolve customer relationship challenges with internal resources.
• Represent the customer's voice to the product team for enhancements and feature requests.
• Identify critical success factors and business process improvements to enrich customer experience.
• Report directly to the VP of Customer Success within the Global Customer Success team.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Knowledge and experience in Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), or source-to-contract domains.
• Approximately 4+ years of experience in a SaaS environment in Customer Success Management, Account Management, or a similar role.
• Proven experience managing a focused portfolio of 10–20 enterprise-scale customer accounts as a consultative partner.
• Outstanding collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to establish relationships at all levels of an organization and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills combined with strategic and tactical thinking capabilities.
• Excellent technical problem-solving skills.
• Proven communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience in preparing and delivering customer presentation decks using MS PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and charting.
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with a consistent record of fulfilling commitments.
• Willingness to travel approximately 15–20% of the time.
