Senior Customer Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage post-sales relationships for a designated portfolio of enterprise clients.

• Establish trusted partnerships with technical practitioners, security leaders, and executives.

• Gain a deep understanding of each customer's AI landscape, security initiatives, priorities, and risks.

• Discover new use cases and offer practical advice on AI security and governance.

• Align customer goals with Noma’s capabilities and establish measurable outcomes.

• Encourage adoption and ensure customers recognize and can communicate significant security and business value.

• Collaborate with Sales on account strategies.

• Identify new stakeholders, workloads, teams, use cases, and business units where Noma can add further value.

• Coordinate resources from Product, Research, Engineering, Security, Support, and Customer Operationalization.

• Relay customer insights back to Noma.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in customer-facing cybersecurity roles such as Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Customer Success Engineering, security consulting, or strategic technical account management.

• Strong expertise in cybersecurity.

• Comprehensive knowledge of modern AI technologies and architectures, including generative AI, LLM applications, RAG, AI agents, AI development pipelines, and MCP.

• Ability to navigate comfortably between CISO-level strategy, GRC and risk discussions, business outcomes, and in-depth technical dialogues.

• Proven track record in conducting discovery, building trusted enterprise relationships, defining customer outcomes, and translating complex technology into actionable solution strategies.
