This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Perform research on residential development and demographics by collaborating with local governments, third-party data sources, and online platforms.
β’ Create and verify enrollment forecasts, ensuring precision and timely submission.
β’ Assess data inputs and outputs for consistency and identify any discrepancies.
β’ Address issues related to projection creation and collaborate with internal teams to resolve them.
β’ Keep documentation and knowledge of projection methodologies and requirements up to date.
β’ Investigate and resolve escalated support inquiries.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage complex or escalated challenges.
β’ Monitor and document case progress to ensure visibility and accountability.
β’ Act as the primary contact for new customers.
β’ Assist in new customer onboarding, annual projection updates, and customer issue escalations.
β’ Simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
β’ Clarify projection assumptions, outcomes, and variances to customers and internal teams.
β’ Communicate updates, timelines, and resolutions in a clear and transparent manner.
β’ Rapidly acquire new tools, systems, and processes.
β’ Utilize feedback and insights to enhance workflows and support delivery.
β’ Participate in team knowledge sharing and documentation efforts.
β’ Identify opportunities to enhance customer experiences, automate manual tasks, and boost operational efficiency.
β’ 2 to 4 years of pertinent work experience.
β’ Associate's degree or equivalent, or a comparable number of years of relevant experience.
β’ Occasional travel, up to 0-5%, for essential events such as team summits, training sessions, customer meetings, and company gatherings.
β’ Adhere to company on-call protocols, which may include working outside standard hours as necessary.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Strong analytical skills to interpret and contextualize historical and predictive data while effectively communicating insights.
β’ Eager and quick learner capable of adapting in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Detail-oriented with proficient problem-solving skills.
β’ Customer-centric approach with a dedication to providing high-quality support.
β’ Experience in data analysis, forecasting, planning, research, or similar analytical functions.
β’ Preferred: Background in the education sector.
β’ Preferred: Knowledge in demography, urban planning, population studies, or related analytical disciplines.
β’ Preferred: Familiarity with GIS, ArcGIS, Excel, or comparable data analysis and mapping software.
