This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +13 more states.
• Lead the creation of program cost and/or schedule baselines within the parameters of the contract.
• Analyze both historical and predictive performance of programs.
• Monitor the contract/program Estimate at Complete (EAC) and provide recommendations to the program teams.
• Act as a subject matter expert and mentor to program teams and PPM staff regarding program management tools and processes.
• Oversee the development of time-phased budgets that are integrated with the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Incorporate subcontractor and material cost and schedule data into the overall program data.
• Conduct advanced analysis of EAC, Management Reserve, and Risk and Opportunity Management.
• Prepare and present program review documents to senior leadership.
• Reconcile program data with contract changes.
• Define requirements to address common business challenges.
• Foster collaborative relationships both internally and externally.
• Collaborate with IPT leads and PMs across various geographic locations.
• Demonstrate compliance with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) through audits.
• Provide expertise to other programs during critical periods.
• Coordinate the delivery of accurate and timely program outputs.
• Lead the development of detailed Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and IMS, integrating cost and schedule data.
• Implement schedule health and quality checks, resource loading, critical path analysis, and risk analysis.
• Ensure that project and program schedules are both horizontally and vertically integrated while resolving network logic conflicts.
• Create and analyze program milestone charts.
• Develop and manage Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), IMP, and IMS for proposals.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• Over 8 years of experience in a technical, business, military professional, or U.S. Government Contractor environment.
• Proficiency in MS Project.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Experience with Deltek Cobra.
• Ability to integrate scheduling data with manpower, EVMS, and proposal support systems.
• Experience in IMP/IMS development and maintenance on Department of Defense (DoD) programs with EVM requirements.
• Knowledge of Critical Path Analysis and Slack Management.
• Experience with Variance Analysis.
• Familiarity with EVMS concepts, including analysis and corrective actions.
• Ability to work effectively in a positive and high-performing team environment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
