This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive the analysis of requirements, documentation of workflows, and alignment of operational activities.
• Ensure that eligibility, claims, provider data, and member service components function accurately and consistently.
• Collaborate with technical teams, operational leaders, quality assurance testers, system vendors, data experts, and government representatives.
• Validate system logic and facilitate interoperability across systems.
• Address defects and guarantee traceability of end-to-end processes and requirements.
• Utilize requirements management tools, integration analysis techniques, expertise in healthcare administration, and knowledge of TPA systems.
• Assist in ensuring accurate, compliant healthcare delivery and system preparedness for the World Trade Center Health Program.
• Technical training, certifications, or a relevant degree.
• A minimum of 3 years of related experience; preferred areas include healthcare, payer operations, systems analysis, or support for federal programs.
• Experience in requirements management.
• Proficiency in workflow/process modeling.
• Knowledge of EDI analysis.
• Validation of cross-system integration.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of eligibility and claims systems.
• Compliance with MBI (T2) security requirements.
• Ability to coordinate effectively across technical and operational teams.
• Experience in validating system and process outputs.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, PHI/PII security, and federal healthcare program regulations.
• Willingness to travel 0–10% as required.
• US citizenship is not mandatory.
