Senior Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Respond to phone calls and email inquiries from customers and contractors.

• Manage the processing of incentive applications and payments.

• Input and update various databases.

• Assess contractor submissions to ensure they meet program standards.

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of company products, services, and customer service protocols.

• Effectively communicate with customers and contractors to address and resolve disputes regarding incentive claims.

• Offer expert guidance on policies, program engagement, and compliance matters.

• Engage in regular client meetings.

• Professionally represent the team and take responsibility for follow-up action items.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience is required.

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• Strong accountability and follow-through skills are essential.

• Must be comfortable interacting directly with clients during frequent meetings.

• Professional demeanor and a responsive attitude are necessary.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple tasks.

• Ideal candidates should reside in Oregon.

• Must meet applicable DOT qualification requirements, if relevant.

• Compliance with relevant federal, state, and local transportation regulations is required, if applicable.

• Must have authorization to work in the country where the position is located without employer sponsorship.
