This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee all models related to Ultrasound Modality Equipment within the designated area.
• Conduct comprehensive system-level troubleshooting for intricate multi-symptom issues.
• Ensure all administrative tasks are completed punctually.
• Guarantee timely completion and documentation of FMIs and PMS inspections for designated accounts.
• Address issues following established protocols and consult with supervisors or senior team members when necessary.
• Work collaboratively with others to resolve challenges.
• Build strong customer relationships and act as the liaison between clients and GE HealthCare.
• Share technical information, pose questions, and verify understanding.
• Knowledge equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with applicable experience.
• A minimum of 10 years of field experience in Ultrasound Modality is preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Capability to document, plan, market, and implement programs.
• Proficient in troubleshooting complex multi-symptom issues related to Ultrasound Modality equipment.
• Ability to complete administrative tasks, FMI documentation, and PMS inspection documentation on schedule.
• Skills in customer relationship management and technical information exchange.
