Senior Customer Implementation Consultant – SaaS Automation, Financial Services

Posted Jul 29

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• In the role of Sr. Automation Consultant, you will become a part of the Implementation & Services team, reporting directly to the Manager of Consulting Services.

• Your objective is to implement, configure, and enhance OpCon — along with the suite of Continuous products and modules — to deliver immediate, measurable value for our clients.

• This position is client-facing and delivery-focused, combining software implementation, business consulting, and technical training.

• You will have the flexibility to work remotely or on-site at customer locations, working closely with Customer Success, Customer Support, Sales, and the Product team to provide top-notch implementation experiences.

• You will take full ownership of customer engagements, managing everything from initial scoping and environment setup to upgrade delivery, automation buildout, and knowledge transfer.

• As a subject matter expert, you will not only execute projects but also influence our delivery methods — contributing to documentation, internal tools, and the development of fellow Automation Consultants.

• Cross-functionally, you will serve as a trusted technical resource, supporting Sales with effort estimates, providing field insights to the Product team, and assisting Customer Support in distinguishing services engagements from support needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Problem Solving — You enjoy tackling complex technical challenges and breaking them down into smaller, manageable processes. You are persistent and do not rest until you have resolved the issue effectively.

• Technical Acumen — You possess broad technical knowledge across Windows, Unix, and IBMi administration, are comfortable in various database environments, and have familiarity with Azure Cloud. You write clean scripts in Bash, PowerShell, and SQL, and navigate network and security management confidently.

• Process Improvement — You continuously seek ways to enhance efficiency — whether in our internal operations or the automation workflows we create for clients. You view every engagement as a chance to improve the process.

• Customer Service Excellence — You engage with clients to understand their challenges and are genuinely committed to their success. This is a customer-facing role where your ability to build trust, communicate effectively, and deliver value directly impacts their experience with Continuous.

• Organization & Prioritization — You adeptly manage competing priorities across multiple projects, cases, and requests without missing a beat. Staying organized is essential for success in this role.

• Accountability — You follow through on your commitments. You take responsibility for your mistakes, meet deadlines, and strive to deliver exceptional results. You are willing to ask for help when necessary but are also ready to take the lead.

• Collaborative Partnership — You work across various skill sets and job functions — including implementation, customer success, support, sales, and product — to keep both internal and external stakeholders aligned and progressing. Your cross-functional feedback is invaluable.
