This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take charge of the technical aspects of enterprise onboarding, from initial architectural discussions to extensive, stable rollouts.
• Design and implement identity and authentication integrations utilizing OIDC, Entra ID, and Frontline Identity.
• Provide SCIM provisioning, REST APIs, and integrate with HR and operational systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or UKG.
• Guide customer IT teams, partners, and external development collaborators towards sustainable solutions.
• Empower customers to independently manage solutions through comprehensive documentation and handover discussions.
• Develop initial integrations, scripts, or prototypes when it is the quickest route to validate a strategy or facilitate a rollout.
• Influence the functioning of AI agents, MCP-based tool access, and agent-to-agent scenarios within enterprise settings.
• Tackle authentication and data boundaries concerning customer AI implementations.
• Synchronize requirements with project management, IT, Security, business units, and works councils.
• Make informed technical decisions and communicate identified product and engineering gaps to internal teams.
• Travel to customer locations regularly, approximately 10–30% of the time.
• 3–5 years or more of experience in IT or tech consulting, Customer Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or SaaS implementation.
• Authentic enterprise experience.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise integration and identity.
• Familiarity with SSO and authentication technologies, including OIDC, OAuth, Entra ID, or similar.
• Proven experience in delivering REST APIs and API-based integrations in real enterprise IT environments.
• Technical accountability in enterprise customer projects, making technical decisions alongside IT, Security, and business departments.
• Technical proficiency without engaging in full-time product coding: capable of reading code, reviewing designs, debugging integrations, and creating functional prototypes.
• Proficient in German at C1 level or higher.
• Fluent in English.
• Legal authorization to work in the European Union or the United Kingdom without requiring visa sponsorship.
• Experience with SCIM provisioning and integrations with HR or workforce systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or UKG is a plus.
• Up-to-date knowledge of agentic AI advancements, including MCP, A2A, EMA, and associated authentication challenges is a plus.
• Previous experience as a Customer Engineer or Forward Deployed Engineer in a product company is advantageous.
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools like n8n, logs, metrics, dashboards, works council matters, or enterprise data protection is a plus.
