This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Lead the strategic growth, business development, and execution of distribution within military retail channels.
• Own the sales strategy for significant government and military accounts, including DeCA, AAFES, NEXCOM, MCX, and CGX.
• Maximize sales volume, net revenue, and category share for Link Snacks products in the military sector.
• Manage direct relationships with military/government buyers, broker networks, and broker partners.
• Unlock new distribution opportunities and enhance product shelf presentation.
• Achieve both top-line and bottom-line sales and profit objectives.
• Develop DSMP (Distribution, Shelving, Merchandising, Pricing) strategies.
• Align customer strategies with annual business plans and formulate 1–3-year strategic customer initiatives.
• Maintain transparent and timely communication with internal teams, customers, and brokers.
• Expand Link Snacks’ in-store footprint through channel-specific business opportunities.
• Analyze customer data and devise action plans to meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, RGM, and Sales Strategy on category and channel tactics.
• Present information in a compelling and persuasive manner.
• Foster relationships across customer organizations and various Link Snacks departments.
• Manage deduction and accounts receivable matters.
• Train and lead the broker network as necessary.
• Conduct store audits, establish promotional displays, and participate in trade shows.
• Partner with remote Sales Managers to share consumer insights, align pricing strategies, and implement national brand campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the CPG industry.
• At least 3 years of direct sales experience in military channels.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30%–40% as needed for business requirements.
• Must be able to regularly lift, carry, and handle 25 pounds or more.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, and lift for extended durations.
• Capability to work from a dedicated home office.
