This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and compose communications regarding new features, offerings, and product updates tailored for veterinary clinics.
• Ensure a consistent content calendar and tone across all clinic communications.
• Highlight customer stories, conduct interviews with clinics, document measurable outcomes, and create case studies.
• Design and oversee clinic engagement initiatives, which include promotional items, food deliveries, and other acts of appreciation.
• Manage budgets for engagement programs, along with vendor relationships, logistics, and execution details.
• Produce concise educational videos and supplementary resources for pet owners on medication administration and at-home care.
• Coordinate scripting, work with veterinary subject matter experts, manage production, and oversee content review processes.
• Collaborate with the Product team to integrate educational resources into Home Delivery and practice management platforms, CRM communications, mobile applications, and other clinic interactions.
• Partner with manufacturers and supply chain collaborators to create educational materials.
• Develop content playbooks, templates, and a well-organized resource library.
• Establish workflows for content requests, reviews, publishing, and updates.
• Define Vetcove’s voice across its website, social media platforms, and external communications.
• Monitor content engagement, usage metrics, and gather customer feedback.
• Enhance communications, refine educational resources, and prioritize projects based on insights gathered.
• Over 5 years of experience in customer marketing, content marketing, or community marketing, preferably within a B2B software or healthcare environment.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, capable of simplifying complex topics and tailoring content for veterinary teams, pet owners, and stakeholders.
• Proven experience in taking content or marketing initiatives from conception to launch, with direct accountability for execution.
• Strong project management capabilities, able to handle multiple workstreams, deadlines, vendor relations, and review stages.
• Experience in video content production or coordination, including scripting, collaborating with subject matter experts, and overseeing external creators.
• Excellent relationship-building skills and a willingness to collaborate with teams across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and external partners.
• Strong editorial judgment and meticulous attention to detail, including recognizing when content necessitates expert input or review.
• Comfortable leveraging engagement data and customer feedback to assess and enhance your work.
• Ability to work autonomously, structure new initiatives, and harmonize creative concepts with practical execution.
• A genuine interest in veterinary care and a commitment to creating content that aids clinics and pet owners in achieving success.
• Experience in animal health is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
