Senior CRM Project Manager – all genders

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Strategic and operational oversight of customer accounts

• Independently create a diverse array of CRM marketing initiatives

• Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, and Technology teams

• Discover and implement new avenues for engaging, retaining, and delighting customers across various channels

• Provide independent advice to clients while strategically and operationally advancing CRM and Marketing Automation efforts

• Plan, execute, and enhance cross-channel campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and landing pages

• Utilize tools such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Emarsys

• Create data-driven customer journeys and automations throughout the entire customer lifecycle

• Evaluate campaign performance, perform tests, and formulate specific recommendations for ongoing optimization

• Employ Google Analytics, Tableau, or spreadsheets for analysis

• Serve as a bridge between Strategy, Creative, and Technology to effectively enhance the customer experience

• Mentor and offer expertise to junior team members

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of three years of professional experience in digital marketing, preferably with a specialization in CRM and Marketing Automation

• In-depth knowledge of at least one major CRM or Marketing Automation platform, including Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Emarsys, or HubSpot

• Comprehension of data, segmentation, trigger logic, and cross-channel customer journeys

• Experience in independently advising and managing customer accounts, as well as translating strategic goals into actionable steps

• Analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience in handling performance data, testing, and analysis

• Ability to work independently, in a structured manner, with a solution-oriented approach

• Exceptional communication skills and enthusiasm for collaborating with a variety of specialist teams

• Strong interest in data-driven communication, modern technologies, and intelligent automations

• Proficiency in written and spoken German (minimum C1 level)

• Proficient in English
