Senior CRM, Lifecycle Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the Lifecycle CRM for seven pet food brands.

• Create, oversee, and enhance Klaviyo flows and campaigns for all brands.

• Design and manage automations and campaigns from conception to launch.

• Prioritize email as the main communication channel.

• Gradually incorporate print mailings, WhatsApp, SMS, and RCS into strategies.

• Independently initiate, test, evaluate, and swiftly refine initiatives.

• Leverage RFM, segmentation, product insights, engagement metrics, pet profiles, and predictive analytics for tailored communications.

• Craft compelling hook lines, initial design briefs, and emotionally resonant messaging.

• Utilize AI and automation tools to expedite production and live testing.

• Clearly communicate results internally and with brand stakeholders.

• Serve as a trusted and equal-level collaborator.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3–5 years of practical experience in CRM/Lifecycle Marketing with quantifiable results, preferably in e-commerce/D2C.

• Strong expertise in Klaviyo or a similar marketing automation platform.

• Knowledge of customer journeys and retention strategies, including repeat purchases, CLV, and churn management.

• Active experience with LLMs, n8n, Cursor, and comparable AI and automation tools.

• Proven ability to independently create flows, segments, and templates.

• Proficient in segmentation, triggers, A/B testing, and ensuring deliverability.

• Responsible management of consent and data protection in line with GDPR regulations.

• Data-driven mindset and capability to convert Looker dashboards into actionable insights.

• Creative instinct for developing briefs, hook lines, campaigns, copy, and creative materials.

• Understanding of the interplay between creativity and performance.

• Ability to empathize with pet owners.
