Senior CRM Email Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Execute daily B2C marketing initiatives utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

• Design, construct, and enhance workflows through Email Studio, Journey Studio, and Advertising Studio.

• Create, launch, and manage landing pages for various programs, assets, product lines, and digital campaigns.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize featured assets and content.

• Tag marketing URLs using Google Analytics and employ URL-shortening tools.

• Implement automated journeys for diverse audiences and nurture prospect relationships.

• Support strategies for digital acquisition, data collection, audience-list management, and database integrations.

• Provide guidance on email marketing best practices tailored to business and customer requirements.

• Develop customized, mobile-responsive email templates and landing pages using HTML, CSS, SQL, and/or AMPscript.

• Conduct QA testing for links, images, segmentation, dynamic content, and email rendering.

• Measure and optimize open rates, click-through rates, and content engagement through A/B testing.

• Monitor email deliverability and ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM and spam regulations.

• Analyze campaign outcomes and assist in producing performance reports and recommendations.

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.


⛳️ Requirements

• Enterprise-level experience with Salesforce.com, Pardot, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud is mandatory.

• A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in marketing, communications, or a related field.

• 4-7 years of experience in email marketing/digital design with a marketing automation system is essential.

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud email certification is preferred.

• Intermediate knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, and/or AMPscript is advantageous.

• Familiarity with email marketing best practices and industry standards is necessary.

• Ability to think critically, identify solutions, and provide recommendations based on data analysis.

• Understanding of ISP, URL, CAN-SPAM Act, and deliverability concepts is required.

• Proven capability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and information concurrently.

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills are essential.

• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

• Capacity to work independently while being team-oriented, reliable, and dependable.

• Strong initiative, creative thinking, attention to detail, and a solid work ethic are crucial.
