This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Collaborate internally with mortgage brokers and the VA team, as well as externally with lenders, bank portals, and compliance entities as needed.
• Conduct comprehensive preliminary credit evaluations.
• Execute Quickli servicing calculations.
• Analyze Equifax credit reports.
• Authenticate client documentation.
• Compute intricate borrowing capacities, including non-standard and self-employed income situations.
• Identify and resolve complex lending scenarios, such as construction progress payments and unconventional income structures.
• Anticipate lender requirements proactively to prevent issues.
• Ensure applications comply with Australian credit licensing standards, lender credit guidelines, LVR limits, and privacy regulations.
• Review and verify AOL data submitted by the VA to ensure quality before submission.
• Uphold zero-error standards across major bank and non-bank lender platforms.
• Source necessary lender forms, troubleshoot submission issues, and manage rework to maintain turnaround times.
• Keep accurate deal tracking, file notes, and automate workflows within Connective Mercury.
• Maintain an organized pipeline that is current and progressing; promptly flag risks or obstacles to the broker.
• Oversee, train, and direct the daily workflow of offshore VAs.
• Enhance the VA's capabilities and foster proactive problem-solving skills.
• Establish clear expectations, regularly review work quality, and escalate issues as necessary.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Australian mortgage broking sector, focused on credit assessment, loan processing, or senior broker support.
• At least 1 year of direct management experience, with a sincere commitment to mentoring and developing team members.
• Strong technical expertise in credit depth, non-standard income verification, credit score threshold analysis, LVR limits, and lender policy interpretation.
• Advanced proficiency in Connective Mercury, Quickli, AOL, bank serviceability calculators, and lender portals.
• Outstanding written communication abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capacity to perform quickly and accurately in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.

• Proficiency in Connective Mercury CRM.
• Expertise in Quickli serviceability and borrowing capacity modeling.
• Advanced, hands-on proficiency in ApplyOnline (AOL).
• Familiarity with individual bank serviceability calculators and lender platforms.
• Preferred: experience with Broker Engine, CoreLogic, or Salesforce.
• Preferred: background managing or mentoring offshore or remote VA teams.
• Preferred: experience handling high-volume broker pipelines across multiple lenders concurrently.
