SAP Forms Functional Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP Forms solutions.

• Set up and maintain processes for form creation, document generation, distribution, and execution.

• Enhance and develop forms functionality to meet business and operational needs.

• Manage enhancements related to forms and initiate continuous improvement efforts.

• Configure and support settlement documents, invoice verification, and financial processing workflows.

• Assist with cost visibility, reporting, and analytical capabilities linked to SAP Forms processes.

• Integrate SAP Forms with Transportation Management (TM), Financial Accounting (FI), Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).

• Facilitate automated financial postings and document processing across interconnected systems.

• Ensure precise revenue recognition, cost allocation, and financial reporting.

• Collaborate with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams on invoice reconciliation and resolving issues.

• Work with SAP S/4HANA functional and technical teams to design solutions that align with business requirements.

• Convert business needs into SAP Forms configurations and solutions.

• Support project execution by ensuring that requirements, timelines, and quality objectives are achieved.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active DoD Secret clearance is mandatory.

• Over 5 years of experience in supporting SAP Forms design, configuration, and management.

• Practical experience in developing and customizing SAP Forms, including form layout design, form logic, data mapping, and integration with SAP modules and business processes.

• Extensive knowledge of SAP Forms settlement processes, cost distribution, and financial integration.

• Hands-on configuration experience within SAP Forms and SAP Financial Accounting (FI).

• Strong comprehension of integration points among SAP Forms, FI, MM, and SD.

• Experience in cost calculation, settlement documents, invoice verification, general ledger account determination, and cost postings.

• Familiarity with supporting end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.

• Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to gather requirements and transform business needs into technical solutions.

• Strong understanding of logistics and transportation business processes.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and adhere to project deadlines.

• Proficient in SAP Forms Configuration and Administration.

• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.

• Competence in SAP FI Integration.

• Familiarity with Financial Document Processing.

• Experience in Invoice Verification.

• Skills in Settlement and Cost Allocation.

• Knowledge of General Ledger Account Determination.

• Proficiency in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

• Experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.

• Understanding of SAP Integration Design.

• Ability in Business Requirements Analysis.

• Familiarity with Logistics and Transportation Business Processes.
