
Senior Credentialing & Enrollment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Contribute to Rula's objective of enhancing accessibility to mental healthcare.
• Guarantee timely and precise credentialing and enrollment of providers.
• Assess enrollment prerequisites for new payer integrations.
• Process provider enrollment applications.
• Assist providers in navigating each phase of the credentialing and enrollment process.
• Help develop and expand systems that accommodate swift growth.
• Collaborate with various teams on the launch of new payers.
• Provide operational insights.
• Train and support credentialing and enrollment associates as new processes and payers are rolled out.
• Clarify complex information and enhance the provider experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare environment, particularly with health insurance plans, networks, or credentialing verification organizations.
• At least 2 years of experience in enrolling providers with regional or national payers.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, such as Account Delivery or Provider Success.
• Experience in creating, documenting, and streamlining new processes into easily comprehensible documentation.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Skilled in CRM or ticketing systems, including Salesforce or Zendesk.
• Quick adaptability and learning ability for software like Airtable and Certify.
• Preferred: experience in a dynamic setting such as a startup or large healthcare organization.
• Preferred: enrollment experience with providers, particularly those in behavioral health.
• Preferred: knowledge of CAQH, NPPES, CMS, and NCQA standards.
• Preferred: experience with a Credentials Verification Organization (CVO).
• Must reside in the United States; Hawaii is not included.
