Senior Counsel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Create persuasive case strategies to address plaintiff claims

• Manage court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials independently

• Collaborate with a team across various experience levels

• Maintain regular communication with clients

• Build and nurture relationships with current and prospective clients

• Offer guidance and direction to junior attorneys

• Oversee complex, high-stakes litigation cases and litigation teams

⛳️ Requirements

• JD from a school accredited by the ABA

• Must possess an active California bar license

• Must be licensed in your respective state

• At least 8 years of litigation experience, particularly in litigation support, depositions, and trial preparation

• Capable of managing comprehensive case responsibilities, including all aspects of discovery and trial

• Experience in handling insurance defense cases is preferred

• Familiarity with time management systems

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Ability to think independently and make decisions with minimal oversight

• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication abilities

• Professional appearance and conduct
