Senior Coordinator, Servicing Customer Communications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, execute, and sustain machine-generated letters and notifications.

• Identify and program selection criteria along with loan scenarios based on event triggers and business needs.

• Create comprehensive test plans and conduct User Acceptance Testing for modifications to statements and letters.

• Oversee enhancements post-implementation to guarantee successful integration.

• Establish best practices for programming machine-generated letters.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Legal Compliance to outline letter logic, timing, and guidelines.

• Partner with project and change managers on regulatory and business-related initiatives.

• Coordinate with print vendors and prioritize programming requests effectively.

• Manage the relationship with print vendors to ensure timely and accurate communications.

• Support large-scale annual projects, including Year End tasks, Annual Privacy Notice distribution, and Code Cross testing.

• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

• Maintain consistent and punctual attendance.

• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

• Operate as an individual contributor.

• Requires logical reasoning and data analysis skills.

• Outstanding problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.

• Capacity to think critically and question assumptions and conclusions.

• Proficient in conveying complex information to non-technical stakeholders clearly.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks and operate under tight deadlines while adapting to changing business and technical conditions.

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.

• Four (4) to Six (6) years of relevant experience in the mortgage servicing industry.

• No certificates, licenses, or registrations are required.

• Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Occasionally able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
