Senior Coordinator de Marketing de Influencia

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Identifying, recruiting, negotiating, hiring, and managing relationships with digital influencers and content creators.

• Aligning collaborations with brand objectives, marketing campaigns, and business goals.

• Researching, identifying, and prospecting influencers for various campaigns, categories, and markets.

• Developing and maintaining a qualified pipeline of influencers, creators, celebrities, and affiliates.

• Conducting initial outreach, presentations, and alignment meetings with potential strategic partners.

• Negotiating contracts, deliverables, image rights, exclusivity, and financial compensation.

• Managing the hiring, onboarding, and documentation of influencers.

• Building and sustaining long-term relationships with talents, agencies, and representatives.

• Evaluating performance metrics, engagement, audience, and brand affinity before hiring, under supervision.

• Collaborating with Marketing, Social Media, Branding, PR, Legal, and Purchasing teams.

• Monitoring trends in the creator market and identifying collaboration opportunities.

• Ensuring compliance with internal policies, advertising regulations, and contractual requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Excellent writing and editing skills in Spanish and Portuguese, preferably at a native level.

• Senior experience in influencer marketing, negotiating with influencer agencies, or related areas.

• Proven experience in managing and building relationships with influencers and content creators.

• Strong negotiation skills regarding values and timelines.

• Ability to track creative materials effectively.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
