Senior Contracts Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess, draft, and negotiate contracts for clinical research initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

• Perform comprehensive analysis of contract terms, conditions, and obligations to pinpoint risks, opportunities, and areas for enhancement.

• Offer guidance and support to project teams regarding contract interpretation, compliance challenges, and contractual rights and responsibilities.

• Maintain precise and organized contract records, monitoring key milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.

• Aid in the creation and execution of contract management processes, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce risks.

• Mentor fellow colleagues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, communications, or a related field.

• Prior experience in contract administration, negotiation, or similar roles within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research sectors.

• Strong understanding of contract law, regulatory requirements, and industry norms.

• Excellent analytical abilities, with a knack for interpreting complex contractual clauses and identifying potential challenges or opportunities.

• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
