
Senior Contract Manager β Suppliers, Third Parties

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
β’ Oversee the review, drafting, negotiation, and execution of high-value, intricate supplier and third-party agreements.
β’ Convert business goals into contractual terms addressing pricing, operations, service levels, AI utilization, data protection, and legal stipulations.
β’ Take charge of complex negotiations by crafting strategies, aligning stakeholders on priorities and alternative positions, and providing risk-based recommendations.
β’ Collaborate across Clinisys to ensure supplier and third-party terms are in line with corporate objectives and risk parameters.
β’ Implement contract flow-down clauses that bind Clinisys client commitments to downstream subcontractors and suppliers when applicable.
β’ Utilize approved AI-enabled contract management tools to review agreements, analyze clauses, identify risks, and validate outcomes.
β’ Advocate for and maintain Pramata CLM as the authoritative system for contract requests, negotiations, approvals, and related processes.
β’ Integrate essential and strategic supplier and third-party contracts into Pramata CLM.
β’ Create and maintain supplier templates, playbooks, fallback positions, clause libraries, approval matrices, and contracting guidance.
β’ Ensure third-party agreements comply with global data privacy regulations and pertinent information security standards.
β’ Supervise supplier obligations, renewal timelines, commercial commitments, service levels, and remediation actions.
β’ Assist in the integration and streamlining of supplier agreements resulting from acquisitions, reorganizations, or technology transformation initiatives.
β’ Work in partnership with Procurement, Finance, IT, QARA, Product, and business leaders.
β’ Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or a related field, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
β’ At least 7 years of progressive experience in negotiating and managing complex commercial technology and services contracts.
β’ Strong understanding of commercial contract law, software licensing frameworks, SaaS, and related terms.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication, negotiation, and diplomacy skills.
β’ Capability to work effectively across various functions, locations, and levels of seniority with minimal supervision.
β’ Keen business acumen and the ability to work independently.
β’ Outstanding analytical, critical, and creative thinking abilities.
β’ Strong judgment, integrity, ownership, and accountability.
β’ Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while managing multiple responsibilities.
