Senior Contract Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Oversee the negotiation, execution, and ongoing management of vendor contracts for SelectHealth.

• Facilitate the contract review process in collaboration with staff, management, and the Legal Department.

• Ensure thorough contract review, documentation, approval, and signing procedures are followed.

• Manage the centralized filing, maintenance, and storage of contracts.

• Support management and internal stakeholders in the development and modification of standardized contracts.

• Implement legal standards applicable to SelectHealth contracts.

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts that deviate from standard terms.

• Ensure adherence to government contracting standards for delegated Medicare, Medicaid, and FEHB functions.

• Apply HIPAA regulations to vendor contracts at SelectHealth.

• Train SelectHealth caregivers on the processes of contract creation, development, negotiation, approval, execution, maintenance, and standards compliance.

• Coordinate contracting initiatives with other Intermountain entities.

• Engage in required Microsoft Teams video interviews as well as potential onsite interviews and meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field.

• Five years of experience in contract analysis and management.

• Intermediate proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.

• Exceptional writing, editing, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.

• Strong analytical aptitude.

• Understanding of contract principles.

• Skills in contract negotiation.

• Proficient reading comprehension.
