This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Offer specialized support and assistance to the Clinical Business Operations department within the Clinical Site Payments function.

• Collaborate with investigative sites, the Clinical Operations team, the Clinical Site Contracts Management team, the Budget Development team, and site payment vendors.

• Ensure precise and prompt site payments.

• Oversee the study portfolio by planning, executing, and tracking global clinical trial payments.

• Work autonomously and provide guidance or mentorship to colleagues.

• Analyze contractual provisions and identify potential challenges or opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of Clinical Research experience, including at least 3 years of investigator payment experience or senior CTAs with substantial investigator payment expertise.

• Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, communications, or a related field.

• Proficient in Business English communication.

• Strong grasp of contract law, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

• Exceptional analytical abilities, capable of interpreting complex contractual provisions and identifying potential challenges or opportunities.

• Keen attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
