Senior Contract Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review, draft, and negotiate contracts for clinical research initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

• Conduct comprehensive analyses of contract terms, conditions, and obligations to pinpoint risks, opportunities, and areas for enhancement.

• Offer guidance and support to project teams regarding contract interpretation, compliance matters, and contractual rights and obligations.

• Maintain precise and organized contract records, monitoring key milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.

• Assist in the creation and execution of contract management processes, procedures, and best practices aimed at optimizing efficiency and minimizing risks.

• Operate independently while also providing direction to others.

• Mentor fellow team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, communications, or a related field.

• Prior experience in contract administration, negotiation, or similar roles within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research sectors.

• Strong knowledge of contract law, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

• Excellent analytical capabilities, with the skill to interpret complex contractual provisions and identify potential challenges or opportunities.

• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 5%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
