Analyst I, Certification

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate, analyze, and classify certification candidates utilizing open-source intelligence, proprietary tools, industry best practices, and relevant contextual data.

• Comprehend and effectively utilize the tools and resources essential for routine program activities.

• Make prompt and accurate analytical decisions based on occasionally unclear information.

• Present analysis results in succinct and clear written reports.

• Submit reports in accordance with program reporting standards and strict deadlines.

• Use sound judgment to escalate questions to the appropriate colleagues.

• Support projects and tasks delegated by the Manager.

• Maintain program documentation as directed by Senior Analysts and the Manager.

• Perform online background checks on applicants.

• Review website content for any problematic products and policies.

• Carry out compliance reviews to assess applicants’ eligibility for LegitScript certification.

• Communicate with clients through email, phone, or video conference as required.

• Oversee billing and payment status, escalating issues internally when necessary.
