📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to assess, draft, and negotiate contracts for clinical research initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

• Perform comprehensive analyses of contract terms, conditions, and obligations to pinpoint risks, opportunities, and areas for enhancement.

• Offer guidance and support to project teams regarding contract interpretation, compliance matters, and contractual rights and responsibilities.

• Keep precise and organized contract records, monitoring key milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.

• Assist in the creation and execution of contract management processes, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce risks.

• Mentor peers and provide leadership in contract management practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, communications, or a related field.

• Prior experience in contract administration, negotiation, or similar positions within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research sectors.

• Strong knowledge of contract law, regulatory frameworks, and industry norms.

• Excellent analytical abilities, capable of interpreting complex contractual clauses and identifying potential challenges or opportunities.

• Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.

• Openness to travel as necessary (approximately 5%).

• Proficiency in both German and English.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
